Scope of work

  • Replicate the 2D and 3D designs as per Chai Point’s Brand Guidelines
  • Production Feasibility to be ensured focusing the Brand Identity and element standardization. 
  • Offer Turnkey Solutions: Signage, Branding (External and Internal), Retail Fitouts, Civil and Interior Work (C&I), and MEP
  • Product samples to be reviewed and finalized by Chai Point Team

  • In-House Production Team – From Manufacturing to Procurement, and Execution to Maintenance Support, there has been a dedicated in-house team supervised by a Project Manager and Project Engineer to take care of all the project stages.
  • Authority Approvals – For the bigger turnkey projects such as a Chai Point Kiosk at Mumbai International Airport Limited (MIAL), the team at 91Squarefeet was regularly in a close co-ordination with Airport Authorities for all the required approvals during the entire project.

  • Standardization – With more than 10 years of Brand presence across the country, Chai Point has defined specific brand guidelines and standardized all the brand elements. Carefully analyzing the element specifications, there has been no deviation in quality across all the stores. At 91Squarefeet, the material specs are ensured by central procurement team to reflect standard quality of the brand.
  • Dedicated Account Manager Aligned a dedicated account manager specific to Chai Point who ensures all queries, requirements and concerns of the brand are resolved within the shortest timespan possible.
  • Maintenance Support 91Squarefeet has a dedicated maintenance team who is responsible for regular Health checks and rectification at sites.

  • Keeping in mind a pleasant in-store experience, the team also suggested additional ideas and items to bridge the gaps in existing BOQ.  Some of the examples include adding profile lighting, designing the counter with MDF Board and Duco Paint, Change Flooring from PCC Concrete to Reboard  to ensure proper drainage and so on.
