The scope of work included the design and installation of electrical systems and network infrastructure, implementation of fire safety systems, construction and installation of toilets with all sanitary fixtures and fittings, and installation of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for optimal climate control. Additionally, we handled the selection and installation of decorative lighting, design and installation of modular false ceilings, comprehensive painting services for all interior surfaces, safe demolition of existing structures, and installation of new flooring to meet design specifications.

We also completed the full interior fit-out, including walls, partitions, and other structural elements, and supplied and installed modern, modular furniture and fixtures. Our services extended to full plumbing work, ongoing site supervision and maintenance to ensure the highest quality standards, and obtaining necessary approvals to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
