How does 91 Squarefeet manage to deliver the office design and build at ZERO Capex?

We have partnered with 50+ Banks and NBFCs in India. This enables us to provide financing against the BOQ items of the project.

No. This financing option does not reflect as a debt in your financial books. Hence, it does not affect your credit score o your future debt taking capacity.

91Squarefeet will charge an interest in the range of 9-14% and a one time processing fee depending on the size of the project, Client credit rating and the repayment tenure. A fixed amount in the form of rent is to be paid every quarter. There are no hidden fees beyond this.

We are simplifying commercial fit-outs in India by investing in technology and skill-development of our workers.
